Born at 39 Marlborough Street, Bristol, to Thomas Weston (accountant, deceased) and Mary, née Rowe.
Was baptised in Anglican Church of St James, Bristol on 25 Aug 1839.
In 1867, in Salisbury, Wiltshire, he married Isabella Sophia Martin (b.1846).
His occupation was as a Commercial Clerk (in 1871 for an iron manufacturer).
He is listed as a contact for one of the Bristol meetings in all the Lists of Meetings from 1873 to 1884 (from 1888 onwards, the lists do not give contact names).
His first wife died in 1903 and in 1906 he married Heloise Maria Crocker, née Harding (1842, Islington - 1923, Bristol).
Thomas died at home in 24 Henleaze Gardens, aged 79. Both he and his first wife are buried at Arno Vale Cemetery, Clifton, Bristol.
